Help us kick off our second Pennsylvania flax field at Kneehigh, a woman owned and operated organic farm in Pottstown. Learn about our flax crop adventure, linen textiles, and farm to textile processing while you enjoy light refreshments.

Participate in a hands on workshop processing our 2020 flax crop from retted straw into golden spinnable fiber destined to become fine linen.

Make and take home a braided flax fiber piece made from 2020 crop.

Masks required. Please bring gloves ( gardening or otherwise) if you have them.

Covid safety measures will be observed.

We offer this event at the following levels:

• Neighbor (limited tickets at this level available) - $0
• Explorer ( covers the cost of refreshments)  - $15
• Friend of a Flax Friend (pays for a neighbors refreshments) - $30
